Barbequed Potato Wedges

I really believe that potatoes are one of my favourite vegetables.  Barbequed this way are truly deciduous.
Preparation time 10 minutes
Cooking time 20 minutes
  • 1½ lbs old potatoes
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 clove of garlic (sliced)
  • 4 tablespoons fresh chopped rosemary
  • Salt and ground black pepper
Cut the potatoes in four wedges and par boil in salted water for 5 minutes.  Drain and toss the potatoes in the olive oil, garlic, rosemary and black pepper.  Arrange on a grill and place on a hot barbeque for about 15 minutes, turning occasionally until they are crisp and golden. Serve with barbequed steak and mixed salad.
